So 2weeks ago, I weighed in at 86kgs (189 lbs)
I have been eating a grapefruit for breakfast
And drinking green tea then again in the afternoon for lunch.
For supper I have been eating a healthy meal of meat and veg.
As an average man I am allowed to consume 2500 calories per day,
With my diet (which fill me by the way) I consume around
1200-1500!
So far I have lost 5kgs (11lbs).
